the management of your villa --- Cleaning service (Maid,gardening
and pool cleaning), Rental management and maintenance for
owners who want a maximum income coupled with first
class care for their villas.

 Maid
services: Under the term of our cleaning contract
-- our maid will come to do a general cleaning at
your villa twice a week ( can arrange more than twice
a week at extra cost). They will clean your kitchen,
bathroom, appliances, polishing, sweep&mop floors,
change bedding.

Pool
Cleaning: 2-3 times/week including all basic
chemicals. Our staff will clean the pool, removing
leaves and debris, rubbing pool tiles, do vaccumm
cleaning and test Ph of water quality everytime of
their services. |

Gardening
services: 3 times/week including
gardening tools, insecticide and fertilizer. Our
gardening services --- Watering, pruning, trimming,moving
debris from garden everytime, grass -cutting and
giving fertilizer twice a month. |

Technical
check-up: 2 times/month. Our technician/chief
engineer will visit your villa to check and test
your appliances to make sure all are in working
order, gas, electricity, lightbulbs, security systems
if applicable. Any damage will be recorded on digital
camera, whereby images can be email to owner. |

1 Keyholding
We will hold the keys of your villa and upon request make them available to visiting
guests or tradesmen.

Meet your guests and welcome them to your property and provide
